Master Data & Business Data Executive
Job Overview:
We are looking for a data-savvy professional to join our Digital Transformation team! As a Master Data & Business Data Executive, you will play a pivotal role in transforming our data management practices, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and high-quality insights across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain master data (e.g., products, suppliers, customers) and critical business data across ERP and other systems.
- Ensure all data is accurate, consistent, and up to date to support management decision making.
- Oversee the end-to-end NPI process, ensuring thorough validation and ERP listing for new SKUs.
- Prevent duplication or outdated data entries by maintaining robust verification protocols.
- Support the design, sourcing, and customization of packaging materials in coordination with the procurement team.
- Perform Bill of Material (BOM) calculations for all SKUs, ensuring accuracy and alignment with product specifications.
- Collaborate with operations teams to manage weekly forecasts and reorder processes.
- Align master data and operational data to enhance inventory planning.
- Conduct regular audits of master data and business data, addressing discrepancies and recommending improvements.
- Work closely with digital, operations, procurement, and finance teams to ensure smooth data flows across departments.
- Function as the central point of contact for all business-critical data needs.
Experience & Educational Qualifications needed:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, BIS, or a related field.
- Strong Communication Skills in written and spoken English.
- Minimum 1 year experience in Data management or ERP systems.
- Proficiency in ERP Platforms.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with database tools.
- Knowledge of supply chain workflows and Bill of Material processes.
- Ability to manage sensitive and business-critical data securely and effectively.
