Job Description: Master Data & Business Data Executive

Position: Master Data & Business Data Executive Department: Digital Transformation

Reports To: Manager – Marketing & Digital

Key Responsibilities:

Data Governance & Accuracy:

Manage and maintain master data (e.g., products, suppliers, customers) and critical business data across ERP and other systems.

Ensure all data is accurate, consistent, and up-to-date to support management decision-making.

New Product Introduction (NPI):

Oversee the end-to-end NPI process, ensuring thorough validation and ERP listing for new SKUs.

Prevent duplication or outdated data entries by maintaining robust verification protocols. Packaging & BOM Management:

Support the design, sourcing, and customization of packaging materials in coordination with the procurement team.

Perform Bill of Material (BOM) calculations for all SKUs, ensuring accuracy and alignment with product specifications.

Forecasting & Reordering:

Collaborate with operations teams to manage weekly forecasts and reorder processes. Align master and operational data to enhance inventory planning and packhouse efficiency.

Data Ǫuality Audits & Compliance:

Conduct regular audits of master and business data, addressing discrepancies and recommending improvements.

Ensure compliance with internal data governance policies and regulatory requirements.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

Work closely with digital, operations, procurement, and finance teams to ensure smooth data flows across departments.

Act as the central point of contact for all business-critical data needs. Skills & Ǫualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in MDM, business data management, or ERP
• Proficiency in ERP platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management

Key Competencies:

Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with database tools. Knowledge of supply chain workflows and BOM processes.

Ability to manage sensitive and business-critical data securely and effectively.
